It All Started With Hockey
Did you know that the kBox was developed in 2012 when Exxentric CEO Fredrik Correa assessed a real need for safe strength training in his youth hockey team?
Back when flywheel training hadn’t been developed yet, coach Fredrik Correa would spend most of his time teaching young, talented hockey players lifting techniques rather than improving their physique and performance.
That is when he started developing the kBox.
