Delivery Time

We ship via DHL, FedEx or UPS, usually within one working day from receipt of payment. The normal time from shipping to receipt ranges from 48 hours up to one week worldwide. This may be longer during times with unusually high demand.

Shipping Cost

The standard cost for shipping and handling of one flywheel training system with accessories ranges from EUR 59 to EUR 169 (USD 69 to USD 199). The correct shipping cost to your address is automatically calculated in the checkout of our webshop.

As an alternative, customers are welcome to arrange to pick up at our final assembly facility in Stockholm, Sweden.

Packaging Size

Our kBox and kPulley systems are shipped in robust custom produced cardboard boxes ranging between 0.016 cbm and 0.204 cbm. Each system typically consists of two to three packages, depending on the model and its accessories. The total weight including packaging material normally comes out to be between 20 kg and 50 kg.

Taxes

Customers outside of the European Union and the United States may be subject to customs duty. The tariff varies from country to country based on the TARIC code for articles and equipment for general physical exercise, and can be obtained from local authorities. Sales tax may be charged by local authorities for some destinations.

Within the European Union, we are obliged to add value-added tax (VAT) to any orders, except to companies outside of Sweden with a valid EU VAT number. Such a number can be added in the checkout of the webshop.
