Australia – Area Sales Strategist

Join the Exxentric team as a Contracted Sales Strategist for Exxentric, a dynamic player in the Strength and Conditioning Industry. Your mission, craft and execute regional sales in collaboration with your dedicated Area Business Manager. Foster strong client relationships, spot upselling opportunities, and run day to day operations. Whether through cold calls, networking, or in-person meetings, your knack for lead generation will be pivotal. Keep your sales pipeline in shape with our joint CRM. We’re on the lookout for self-motivated individuals with 2-3 years of experience in Fitness or Sports Performance equipment sales, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to the table. Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a regional strategy with your assigned ABM 
Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within the region.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, meetings and walk-ins.
Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track opportunities and deals in our joint CRM.
Feedback and Improvement: Continuously seek feedback, adapt strategies, and improve results.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Entrepreneurial spirit: The successful candidate will need to establish their own company to collaborate with Exxentric AB.
Sales Experience: Sport/High Performance equipment sales preferable or relating experience.
Location: Sydney, Brisbane
Work Arrangement: Remote
Experience Level: Self-motivated individuals with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Fitness or Sports Performance equipment sales.
Compensation and Benefits: Base + Generous Commission
