The LegFlexx is a one of a kind leg curl machine based on scientifically proven principles, packaged with one flywheel for resistance as well as a feedback module for monitoring progress in real-time and over the long term. The system accommodates training for hamstring strengthening, hypertrophy and rehabilitation.
No assembly is required upon arrival, unless you opt for one of the unassembled shipping options, which will include a detailed guide.

Usage
The LegFlexx is a flywheel training device that expands users’ capabilities when it comes to training the entire hamstring muscle group. Its seated arrangement maximizes muscle hypertrophy, while its wide-ranging flywheel training benefits, such as unlimited and variable resistance, allow users to safely train at their own maximum capacities, given the machine’s adaptability to all kinds of strength levels from beginners and recovering physiotherapy patients to professional athletes.
The use of eccentric hamstring strengthening is the most researched and accepted method of preventing hamstring injuries, reducing the risk of primary and secondary injuries. It can result in a change of muscle physiology, even lengthening the biceps femoris long head muscle fibers.

Beyond the above mentioned benefits of eccentric training, the LegFlexx allows users to control range of motion, thereby enabling you to safely work on improving your end range strength and target weak points with isometric holds.
The phone holder on the LegFlexx will allow users to comfortably get instant feedback as they train with the kMeter.
And lastly the mobility of the LegFlexx makes it unique in comparison with other leg curl alternatives due to its practical handles & wheels and absence of a weight stack. This makes the machine suitable for flexible facilities, circuit training, and more.
Flywheels
The LegFlexx’s standard inertia capacity goes up to 0.280 kgm², which means it could be equipped with up to four flywheels made from laser cut and powder coated carbon steel in five different sizes (two more flywheels could be added on with an Advanced Flywheel Knob).
