Shipping Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The expected dispatch date is displayed during checkout. Any items on backorder will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
The normal delivery time from dispatch to receipt ranges from 24 hours up to 14 days worldwide, depending on destination and carrier service level. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, regional carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

The shipping and handling rates for a flywheel training system with accessories depend on the order contents and shipping address. To provide affordability, we subsidize a significant portion of the shipping expenses. The calculated shipping cost to your address is automatically generated in your shopping cart.
Please be aware that additional customs fees may be applicable upon delivery, as detailed in the Taxes section below.
Alternatively, customers are welcome to coordinate a pick-up at our final assembly facility in Stockholm, Sweden.

Packaging Size
Our kBox and kPulley systems are shipped in robust custom produced cardboard boxes ranging between 0.009 and 0.204 cubic meters. Each system typically consists of two to three packages, depending on the model and its accessories. The total weight including packaging material normally comes out to be between 10 kg and 50 kg.
Whereas the LegExx & LegFlexx can be packed similarly in a disassembled state across a minimum of 3 packages or on a 120 x 80 cm pallet weighing about 140 kg and ranging in height between 90 cm and 120 cm.
