There are Exxentric flywheel training devices out there that are over 10 years old – and are still going strong! Refurbished Exxentric devices offer excellent value for money, and – with proper maintenance – will withstand many more years of continuous use.

We occasionally have pre-owned or used units in stock. The devices generally come from customers who upgraded to a newer model, or they might have been used for demonstration purposes at events.

Our flywheel experts recondition them with Exxentric original parts. Along with refurbished devices, we also offer refurbished accessories when possible. When ordering your refurbished device, you can choose between adding brand new accessories or refurbished accessories when available.

Our production technicians perform quality control testing on every refurbished device and upgrade it to the highest possible standards. The checks involve separate mechanical, interior, and exterior checks, as well as a full flywheel-test. Consumable parts (such as belts, company logo stickers, pulley blocks, center rubber pieces, etc.) are replaced with the latest version. Each refurbished unit can be purchased with refurbished or new accessories upon request, product documentation similar to that of a brand new device, and in its original packaging.

We categorise our refurbished units into three distinct categories, with varying discount levels based on their condition:

1. Excellent: These devices are either brand new with minor cosmetic imperfections, such as tiny scratches or bumps from production or transportation. These imperfections are usually only noticeable upon close inspection.
2. Good: Devices in this category may have more visible cosmetic defects or show signs of slightly more use. You might find minor scratches in the powder coating, but they are still in excellent condition.
3. Fully functional: Devices in this category have been used more extensively or exhibit clear cosmetic damage from production or transportation. They may feature significant scratches and wear from previous use but are fully functional, even in the case of older models no longer available for sale.

When you purchase an Exxentric-approved flywheel training device, you have the reassurance of knowing that all parts of the device have met our meticulous standards before re-spinning the flywheel. On all refurbished models we provide the same warranty that applies to brand new devices and the same customer support you’d expect when purchasing any product from Exxentric. Should the refurbished device present any malfunctioning parts or defects, the customer is entitled to the Exxentric warranty.
