Flywheel User Course, Level I (Linz, Austria)

Exxentric Flywheel User Course Level I aimed at training enthusiasts and basic strength & conditioning experienced to understand the benefits of flywheel training and how to use it safely and efficiently 👩🎓 🚀
The course will cover the fundamentals of Flywheel Training and no previous experience is required. The course will be provided by our local Flywheel Master Trainer Beatrix Baumgartner. Beatrix has a Master in Sports Physiotherapy, therefore the course will focus on eccentric training, flywheel training and applications for physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Content and Structure
The course includes instructions on flywheel training with the kBox and kPulley, with theoretical parts and different strength training exercises with the kBox flywheel device are practiced.
