Flywheel Trainer Course, Level II at Exxentric HQ

Do you work as a personal trainer, health adviser or in physiotherapy and want to learn more about #flywheeltraining? We are hosting a one-day Flywheel Trainer Level II course at our HQ in Bromma, Stockholm on Friday 4th of March 2022 🚀
We will cover the fundamentals of iso-inertial training and how to apply it in a professional setting. We will also touch base on advanced methods such as overload & isometrics and showcase all benefits of flywheel resistance based training. No previous experience of flywheel training is required and equipment is powered by Exxentric.

Time: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Where: Exxentric HQ in Bromma, Sweden
Price: 2490 sek (incl lunch, course material, t-shirt and certification diploma), early bird option available (990:-) until 13/2-22.
The course will be limited to 12 people and we will follow local safety precautions. The course will be held in English (with Swedish & Finnish instructors).
