During the course, we will cover the fundamentals of iso-inertial training and how to apply it in a professional setting. We will also touch base on advanced methods such as overload & isometrics and showcase all benefits of flywheel resistance training. No previous experience of flywheel training is required and equipment is provided by Exxentric.
