Feedback System
The Exxentric App is a key part of the Exxentric feedback system for flywheel training. It features training metrics of a set such as average power, concentric peak power, eccentric peak power, range of motion, and average speed. Read more for an overview.
Cloud Database
Use the Exxentric App on your mobile device to easily record your training data from any flywheel training device equipped with the kMeter. All training data is stored in the cloud and can be accessed through different devices.
Group Training
Train with multiple users in a single session. Select the users/clients and our app will rotate them accordingly to the order you selected.
Coaching
Coaches can access their athletes’ training data and register training set for them using a single account.
Customizable Training
With the Exxentric App, you can customize your workout based on your training goals. Set the limit for each set based on repetitions, time, or power, and get notified using the voice assistant during rep count.
Easy Monitoring
With the Exxentric App on your mobile device, you have an improved group training interface for enhanced performance of your group training. Switching between users is automatic and filtering results – searching for exercises, date/time, or comment using the search bar is possible.
