We are hosting a two-day Flywheel Master course (Levels I-III) at our HQ in Bromma, Stockholm on Thursday, October 6 – Friday, October 7 2022 🚀

The course will cover the fundamentals of iso-inertial training, scientifically proven applications & advanced methods for eccentric training applicable for all professionals. No previous experience of flywheel training is required for Levels I & II and equipment is powered by Exxentric.

The course will be held in English by Swedish instructors. Any questions raised by local participants in Swedish will be subsequently translated for the rest of the audience.

Your flights should be booked for arrival into Stockholm either via Bromma Airport (approx. 15min walk) or via Arlanda Airport (approx. 30min by taxi) for the quickest/shortest transfers to Exxentric HQ. The alternative is Stockholm Skavsta Airport (approx. 1h 30min by taxi/bus).
