We are hosting a two-day Flywheel User and extended Trainer course (Levels I-II) at our HQ in Bromma, Stockholm on Thursday, February 29th – Friday, March 1st 2024 🚀

The extended flywheel trainer course will cover the fundamentals of iso-inertial training, scientifically proven applications & advanced methods for eccentric training applicable for all professionals. All applications will be made in a general setting both theory and practical, and can be applied in various specific sports both in individual and team settings.

No previous experience of flywheel training is required for Levels I & II and equipment is powered by Exxentric.

Friday, March 1st: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm

The course will be held in English by Swedish instructors. Questions raised by local participants in Swedish will be translated for the rest of the audience.

Your flights should be booked for arrival into Stockholm either via Bromma Airport (approx. 15min walk) or via Arlanda Airport (approx. 30min by taxi) for the quickest/shortest transfers to Exxentric HQ. The alternative is Stockholm Skavsta Airport (approx. 1h 30min by taxi/bus).
