10 YEARS OF STRENGTH

SCROLL TO EXPLORE

The Exxentric community celebrates one decade of flywheel training!

When we began in Stockholm in 2011, we were very few people with a simple idea and a single prototype device: the very first kBox. Today, 10 years after Exxentric was born, we have successfully built a company from the ground up – and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Here is an overview of what we’ve been up to this year:

10 Years Of Strength: Combined Strength

Celebrations continue with a strong offer for a complete flywheel training experience with our Combo Systems - the ultimate flywheel training equipment that enables both vertical and horizontal strength workouts. Read more in our blog post or click below:

10 Years Of Innovation: Launching the kPulley Go

Taking another strong step in flywheel training innovation, we are proud to reveal our next, much anticipated, gravity-defying flywheel training device – the kPulley Go. Read all about the device in our blogpost, or click below to read more about the device:

10 Years Of Knowledge: Tap Into Flywheel Training Knowledge

Our education platform, the Exxentric Online Academy constitutes a growing resource of knowledge in the area of serious strength training with flywheel equipment. Discover our online courses, webinars, tutorials, and more, or read the full blog post below:

10 Years Of Strength: Camo kBox Competition

For our decade of strength, we started the celebrations with a competition. Each participant was asked 10 questions to test their Exxentric knowledge and motivation for winning a never-before-seen, uniquely designed, camouflage kBox4® Lite system and more! Read all about the winners:

Strong Innovations That Marked Our First Decade

2011

Exxentric foundation & kBox Launch

Friends and co-founders of Exxentric, Fredrik Correa and Mårten Fredriksson, developed their next-generation flywheel device, the kBox. The device would soon expand to over 14 countries, with professional sports teams showing immediate interest in the flywheel device, making the kBox an essential part of their training sessions.

2013

kBox2 launch

The second-generation kBox spread fastly across Europe, Asia, and America. Sports Leagues made the kBox2 part of their training to maximize muscle hypertrophy, and for injury prevention too.

2014

kBox3 launch

The kBox3 was designed to offer safer overload at higher speeds. The improved kBox3 version, launched in 2015, included tracking software & a real-time feedback system.

2016

kBox4 Pro & kBox4 Lite launch

Now in its fourth generation, the kBox family expanded with two new models: the kBox Pro, offering the largest performance area, and the kBox4 Lite, the lightest kBox model, practical to pack and travel with.

2018

kBox4 Active launch

The latest kBox4 model, the kBox4 Active was a robust entry-level device that came with a more ergonomic structure, increased portability, and a smaller footprint.

2018

kPulley launch

Inspired by the creative usage of the kBox, the next flywheel training device would be a versatile training solution, optimized for over 30 horizontal exercises: the kPulley. Soon after its release, a second-generation device, the kPulley2 would be launched in 2019.

2020

legExx launch

In a quest to build the best leg extension device ever, in 2020 we finalized the LegExx, optimized for leg extension training sessions, with variable resistance, and eccentric loading capacity.

2021

10 year anniversary

2021 marks one decade of our flywheel training movement!

2021

kPulley Go Launch

In 2021, we expanded the kPulley family with the gravity-defying flywheel training device, the kPulley Go. Its compact size and variable resistance enable limitless training possibilities.
