EXXENTRIC HIGH PERFORMANCE CLINIC

ENHANCING ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE & REHABILITATION THROUGH ISO-INERTIAL TRAINING

Welcome to the first-ever Exxentric High Performance Clinic in the US, held at the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on the 9-10th of August 2019.

As with all Exxentric Summits, this clinic will center on flywheel training (also known as isoinertial training). This time there will be an exclusive focus on high performance, more specifically enhancing athletic performance and rehabilitation by applying flywheel training.
