Exxentric Accessory Kits add new grips, positions, movement options and loading possibilities to the system you already own.

Why the right accessory changes the experience
A kBox or kPulley provides the flywheel resistance. The accessory determines how you connect to it.
A wider bar can make bilateral pressing feel more natural. A Foot Block can change the position of the feet during a squat variation. A Rotational Sling can create a more useful connection for turning and lateral movement. A harness can open up lower-body positions that are difficult to organise with a standard grip.
In each case, the accessory changes the relationship between the user and the system. The flywheel remains the resistance source, while the attachment helps shape the movement around it.
That is why Accessory Kits are useful for more than adding variety. They allow one Exxentric system to become more specific to the person, sport or training environment using it.
Upper Body Kit: expand your kPulley training

The Upper Body Kit is designed to add more bilateral upper-body exercises to the kPulley.
It includes a Double Grip Extension and can be configured with a Double Grip Bar or kGrips. This creates a wider connection for two-handed movements and gives you more ways to organise pressing and pulling exercises.
Depending on the setup, the kit can support chest presses, flies, rows, pullovers and face pulls. It is a strong choice when your kPulley is currently used mainly for single-handle work and you want more options for bilateral training.
The Double Grip Bar is optional, so choose the configuration based on the movements you expect to perform most often.
Squat Variation Kit: get more from the kBox platform

The Squat Variation Kit is designed for kBox users who want more ways to set up lower-body training.
The available options include a Foot Block, Elevation Blocks and a Decline Board. Each one changes the platform in a different way and can support different squat and calf-press variations.
The Foot Block can be used for squat variations and calf presses. Elevation Blocks can support squats, deadlifts, swings and other movements where greater depth is part of the setup. The Decline Board supports decline squats and calf presses.
Foot Block dimensions and functionality vary between kBox models. Confirm the correct option for your system before ordering.
Rotational Kit: add twisting, swinging and lateral work

The Rotational Kit is recommended for the kPulley and is also compatible with the kBox.
It includes a Rotational Sling, Double Grip Bar and Pulldown Rope. Together, these attachments give you more ways to train movements that involve turning, swinging, pulling and changing direction.
The Rotational Sling is listed for rotations, twists and lateral lunges. The Double Grip Bar creates a two-handed option, while the Pulldown Rope adds another connection for pulling and upper-body exercises.
The kit is particularly useful when your training has become dominated by straight-ahead pressing and pulling.
XC Kit: train with a more ski-specific connection

The XC Kit is designed for cross-country ski-specific training on the kPulley.
It includes a Double Grip Extension and a choice of grips. The wider bilateral connection gives you a hand position that is closer to double poling than a standard single handle.
The kit can support exercises such as triceps pushdowns, pulls, rows, rotations, deadlifts and curls. A90 Grips accommodate a more natural range of motion, while SkiGrips are shaped around the grip used with ski poles.
The XC Kit does not replace skiing. It gives strength training a more relevant grip and wider connection for movements associated with cross-country skiing.
Contact Sports Kit: build a more adaptable kBox setup

The Contact Sports Kit is designed for training environments where athletes need more than one stable, fixed lower-body position.
The configurable kit can include a harness, Head Harness, Foot Block, Decline Board and Bumper Plate. The harness supports movements such as squats, lateral squats, split squats, lunges and calf presses.
The additional components create more options for lower-body positioning, lateral work and changes in body orientation. That makes the kit relevant to contact-sport training, where the movement menu may need to include different stances and positions around the same kBox platform.
Harness sizing, kBox compatibility and selected components should be confirmed on the product page before ordering.
Max Inertia Upgrade: expand your loading options

The Max Inertia Upgrade is different from the other additions in this article. It is focused on loading capacity and bar connection rather than adding a new movement family.
The upgrade has been described by Exxentric as a combination of the Knurled kBar, two L or XL Flywheels, the Advanced Flywheel Knob and an Extension Strap.
The Knurled kBar is designed for demanding compound movements such as deadlifts, rows and Zercher squats. Its heavier, stiffer construction and defined grip give it a different feel from the lighter Original kBar.
The Max Inertia Upgrade is relevant to experienced users who want more loading range or a more substantial bar connection for high-inertia work.
Which Accessory Kit is right for you?
Start with the part of your training that you want to expand.
- More bilateral upper-body work: Choose the Upper Body Kit for your kPulley.
- More squat and lower-body positions: Choose the Squat Variation Kit for your kBox.
- More rotation and lateral movement: Choose the Rotational Kit.
- Cross-country ski-specific training: Choose the XC Kit.
- More varied contact-sport movement options: Choose the Contact Sports Kit.
- More loading range for demanding exercises: Choose the Max Inertia Upgrade.
You may eventually use more than one. Start with the kit that adds the most important missing movement or loading option to your current setup.
Make your system fit the way you train
The value of an Accessory Kit is simple: it helps your Exxentric system do more of what you actually need.
Some kits change the grip. Some change the position. Some change the direction of the movement. The Max Inertia Upgrade changes the loading options available for demanding work.
Before choosing, confirm your system model, mounting or platform requirements and which components are included or optional. Then select the kit that gives your training the clearest next step.
