The LegExx is built on the same latest-generation, scientifically proven flywheel technology as the kBox4 and kPulley enabling the use of the same accessories, perfect for users who already use Exxentric devices.
- Variable Resistance: With flywheel technology, you work against the variable resistance of steel flywheels, instead of being limited by the direction of gravity when lifting weights.
- Range of Motion: The LegExx offers full stimulation over the whole range of motion and in all parts of the quadriceps femoris, both concentrically and eccentrically. Also, it’s possible to restrict the joint angle, which makes it suitable for clinical usage for recovering patients to not exceed a certain knee joint degree.
- Eccentric Overload: Thanks to the included kGrip handle of the LegExx, the user can easily and safely add energy into the concentric phase and overload the eccentric phase, without the need for external help to achieve high eccentric loads. Highly advantageous based on growing scientific support.
Track Your Training Data
With the LegExx, the kMeter feedback system is included along with a phone holder, so both the user and trainer can track the power output and other real-time data rep by rep during training.
