Flywheel Training plays an important role in sports medicine and injury prevention.

Injuries are an inevitable part of sport. They not only negatively affect the player or athlete but also the rest of their team as well as the club as a whole. Rehabilitation

For rehabilitation, being able to complete strength training without using the upper limbs to hold or stabilize weights can be a common challenge with upper-body injuries. This can result in other body parts becoming weak even if only a finger is broken. Injury Prevention
