The kPulley2 Advanced System opens up the range of exercises you can perform.
The kBar helps to facilitate exercises similar to the Triceps Pushdown or Lateral Pulldown. The Hip Belt is great for engaging your lower body with movements such as lateral lunges or ice skaters. And for isolated lower body exercises such as hamstring curls, leg extensions, hip adduction and abduction it’s crucial to have a pair of Ankle Cuffs. Moreover, the Rotational Sling is great for developing core strength and power for any sports that involve rotary movements.
