Flywheel Training. By Golfers, For Golfers.

Learn how to apply flywheel training throughout the golf offseason to build strength, rotational power, mobility, and the ability to produce and absorb force through greater ranges of motion. You’ll explore different flywheel methods and how to program them effectively for the specific physical demands of high-level golf.

Explore how flywheel training can evolve from early offseason accumulation through to peak power development. Through practical exercise demonstrations and loading strategies, you’ll see how to support swing speed, ball striking, and on-course consistency.

NOTE: The Webinar will be recorded and shared with all registrants. Even if you aren’t able to attend live, sign-up to receive the recording.
