Pull Movement
kBox, kPulley & LegFlexx
Pull
The pull movement pattern includes movements in both horizontal and vertical actions. Either by pulling an object towards you at a horizontal angle or moving a load against your body at a vertical angle. Pulling movements mainly target the back, shoulders, arms, and core, but also leg muscles when performing variations of pull movements on the kBox , kPulley and LegFlexx for lower body training.
Variations
Variations on the kBox and kPulley are endless for pulling movements. The kBox row, for example, is an excellent basic exercise in any strength program, working arms, grip, upper and lower back. Flywheel training allows you to do both concentric-eccentric 1:1 with low inertia in warm-up or conditioning, power focus training or pure strength training, and eccentric overload variations. Some variations are preferable on the kBox and vice versa on the kPulley, try the many different options and find the exercises you like the most. Within our single-exercise devices, the LegFlexx offers a pull movement in the form of a seated leg curl.
