Through a mix of theory and hands-on practice, participants will explore advanced methods of load and eccentric overload, and their application in sports performance and rehab.

Description

The course includes reviews of current research, real-world use cases, and practical sessions using Exxentric equipment. Expect interactive discussions with fellow coaches and the Exxentric team, bridging science with applied performance training.
An optional half-day session (Thursday 4th from 12:00–16:00) will cover the fundamentals from our User Course (Level 1) and Trainer Course (Level 2), designed for those who want to revisit or build a stronger foundation.
