The Flywheel Training App is your guide to improve strength using flywheel training.
If you don’t have a long education in exercise science, you might need some advice on how to plan your flywheel training for results. This is the purpose of this app, allowing you to
- browse exercises,
- watch tutorials and
- use our template programs or create custom programs.
You can watch videos of all basic exercises and follow your training volume. The app takes you through your training program, showing how each exercise is performed and allows you to record the number of sets and reps performed. You can learn more about the app in the launch blog post.
The iOS version is compatible with iPhone 4s and iPad 3, or newer versions, and it is also available for Android.
