kBox
Row
The kBox row is an excellent basic exercise in any strength program, working arms, grip, upper and lower back. Go concentric-eccentric 1:1 with low inertia in warm-up or conditioning, or go all-in for power. The angle adjuster allows for a change of direction to give the exercise an even more versatile usage.
Variations
With all its variations you can really target your specific needs if you are looking for rotational strength, grip strength or just mass or power. This can be done using a traditional supinated or pronated grip, kGrips, kBar or even single handle for more core and rotational strength. With the eccentric overload, applied by using your legs in the concentric phase in the bottom position there is a completely new dimension added to the exercise in an easy, safe and effective way.
Bent-Over Row:
Performed using the kBar or kGrips.
Seated Row:
Performed using the kBar or kGrips. Make sure the kBox is fixed to the floor with a Floor Attachment.
Single-Arm Row:
Performed using one kGrip.
For any rowing exercise, use the Angle Adjuster to change the angle and change of direction.
