Flywheel Training. For Elite Hockey Performance.

Learn how to implement flywheel training in the hockey offseason to develop strength, power, and resilience while reducing joint stress. You’ll learn the benefits of different flywheel methods and how to program them to meet the demands of high-level hockey.

We will also cover how flywheel training evolves through each phase of the offseason, from early accumulation to peak power. You’ll see hands-on exercise demos and unique loading strategies that transfer directly to skating, speed, and on-ice performance.
