This feature is present across all new Exxentric devices. It's intended to act as a buffer between the kBox4 or kPulley2 device and its Pulley Block, hence it's a consumable part that may need replacing from time to time.

Upon disconnecting the Drive Belt from your device (with a 3 mm hex key), you may refer to the instructions below to guide you through how to mount a new rubber layer.


Features
These rubber casings are designed to protect Pulley Blocks from unexpected impact caused by collisions with the device that it's mounted to, which prolongs both the device's as well as the Pulley Block's lifespan and in turn makes it more robust.

With these Floor Attachment Kits you can easily fix your kBox4 to the ground for exercises where your entire body weight is not placed on the device itself to keep it stable (for example Lateral Squats).

Moreover, the strap in the Centered Attachment Kit can also be used as an Extension Strap for overhead exercises and limiting range of motion.
Features
The Centered kit consists of an attachment plate and a cam lock belt. The attachment plate will need to be fixed to the floor or a heavy wooden board. The kBox will then be anchored to the plate by the belt. Suitable screws to attach to your floor type are not included.

The 4-point Floor Attachment Kit allows you to firmly fix each corner of a kBox4 device to the ground to guarantee a stable position for all types of workouts. The Round Bottom Plates together with the kBox will need to be used to first mark where to drill holes. Suitable screws to attach to your floor type are not included. Thereafter, once the bottom plates are secured, the kBoxes may be fixed to them. Please note the differences in the placement of the components of this kit for each kBox4 model. Most notably when using this Floor Attachment Kit for the kBox4 Active you will need to flip the rectangular upper plate upside down.

Please note that on newer kBox models there are two additional slots in the corners for attaching the kBox to the ground. For simultaneous use of these slots you will need to acquire another standard floor attachment kit.

Slide the adjustable straps through the brackets on the back of the kPulley2 beams and wrap them around a fixed object such as a rack, column, pole and etc. Make sure to use at least four straps; one at the top and bottom of each beam. You may have to combine straps to match the diameter of any wider fixed objects.

This is not a permanent mounting solution. Do not store the kPulley2 outside or leave it without any supervision.

The kBox4 is equipped with a fixed top rubber mat, to avoid any risk of the user slipping on a metal surface as well as to protect the unit from regular wear.

At some facilities, the wear may be unusually heavy due to factors such as shoe types, user weight and exercises applied. To keep the fixed mat in top condition, the Cover Mat can be used as an extra protection.

It's impossible to operate any kBox or kPulley device without a functional Pulley Block. Replacing the Pulley Block will involve disconnecting the Drive Belt from your device. This can be assisted by a 3-mm hex key, which comes with every new Exxentric Flywheel Training System.

The small Pulley Block is more appropriate for the kPulley due to the horizontal nature of most exercises, where the gravitational force of a heavier Pulley Block may cause an undesired effect. Whereas the large Pulley Block is generally used on the kBox4, which often encounters larger forces and hence needs to be sturdier.
