Train Like, An Astronaut.
In Space, Astronauts lose up to 20% of their muscle mass in just weeks. The problem isn’t motivation, it’s physics. That's why NASA relies on Flywheel Training for the Artemis program. No Gravity, No Problem.Want to try Space Training?

Flywheel Training did not begin in the gym. It began in space. In the absence of gravity , traditional weights lose their effect, making it impossible to create meaningful resistance. This challenge sparked the research behind flywheel training, where inertia replaces gravity. And it all started in Sweden.
Exxentric transformed this research into practical and scalable systems like the kBox, bringing space proven training methods to professional athletes, clinics and into peoples’ homes.
Today, as Artemis II is underway, astronauts are training using flywheel resistance, following protocols developed and tested with Exxentric equipment on Earth. Their Flywheel system weighs 14kg and is the size of a briefcase – making both strength and cardiovascular training feasible within the confines of Orion.
On Earth, you get access to the same principles: adaptive resistance, high-intensity output, and efficient, full-body training in one portable system.
