Variable Resistance
Through variable resistance, Exxentric creates user adjusted loads without sticking points – allowing your patients to gain strength faster and safer.
Eccentric Overload
By using practitioner guided techniques for eccentric overload, Flywheel Training will build up both strength and passive tissues more effectively than traditional methods.
Isometrics
The kBox can be used for isometric exercises at different angles. So you can load even frail or movement-restricted patients maximally and enable them to gain strength.
Limited Range of Motion (ROM)
As a practitioner you can easily adjust the range of motion for each exercise – allowing you to work around certain injuries or weak spots of your patients.
