Exxentric CEO, Fredrik Correa, will be giving a lecture and workshop at the Congreso Internacional: Medicina Del Fútbol in Bogotá, Colombia on the 24th and 25th of March 2022 👨🚀 🚀
Over the course of two days, the Exxentric Team will be giving a lecture on the topic “Eccentric overload for team sport performance training” and doing a workshop on “Isoinertial training for speed, power and change of direction”. The conference is visited by a large number of international professionals and lecturers.
