Exxentric at VELDEN Sportmedizin

Together with our German partner, Pullsh, we will give 2 workshops at the Velden Sportmedizin conference in Velden, Austria on August 20th and 21st.
The workshops will be hosted by Beatrix Baumgartner, Physiotherapist and FMC certified by Exxentric, and will cover eccentric training for the upper and lower body in rehabilitation using flywheel training theoretically and practically. The workshops have a limitation of 12 participants each and everyone will get the chance to try the kBox4 and kPulley2 in action.
1st workshop: Eccentric training for the lower body in rehabilitation
Date: Thursday, August 20th
Time: 4 pm.- 5:30 pm
Hall: Musikschule Raum 6
2nd workshop: Eccentric training for the upper body in rehabilitation
Date: Friday, August 20th
Time: 4 pm.- 5:30 pm
Hall: Musikschule Raum 5
Both workshops will be held in German.
