How can flywheel training help you develop the strength that you need? 😎

Functional fitness is about building your muscles and strength in a way that it can be transitional between various situations. Maybe you like to run long distance, maybe you enjoy obstacle course racing, triathlons, playing hockey, or you enjoy a round of golf. All of these examples requires strength that is functional.

Working out like a body builder is a great way to build your muscles but it will not help you on the golf course or running the trails by your house. In order to build the strength that you are looking for you need to define what you will use that strength for.
