kPulley
Row
No matter if you want to become strong at rowing or benefit from a stronger pulling for increased upper body strength, the kPulley row is the ideal tool to add to your flywheel training. Rowing increases strength in the major muscles in the upper body such as the latissimus dorsi, trapezius, rhomboids and overall strength in the arms to name a few. A strengthened back also makes miracles for the posture.
Variations
Fix the kPulley to the wall, pick your preferred accessory (kBar or kGrips), set the inertia and move yourself to set the proper range of motion and you are good to go. For rehabilitation, patients can easily perform rowing exercises and the physiotherapist can monitor the movement and assist where it is needed. The kPulley’s horizontal configuration also allows for sport-specific movements.
