kPulley
Hip Variations
In sports, a strong gluteus muscle improves the ability to produce more power in a jump, run and walks were the glutes is a major working muscle. The ability to produce a lot of power from the glutes may increase the posture as it helps stabilize the spine and pelvis. The glute is also the biggest single muscle in the body and therefore needs a lot of attention.
Variations
With the kPulley, you will get instant activation in the glutes from the high eccentric force. Use it as a warm-up before doing your #kBoxSquat or use it as an isolated exercise to target your lower body. Attach an Ankle Cuff, lower the slider and set the range of motion to the end position.
