kBox
Shoulder Variations
The kBox offers the opportunity to train with variable resistance, this makes the exercises and workouts including shoulders easy to progress and overload over time.
Variations
The variations of shoulder exercises are divided from regular press movements to abduction exercises where you instead move the arms away from your body.
Single-arm Lateral Side Raise:
Performed using one kGrip.
Stand next to the drive belt and move your arm away from your body, stand with low inertia to get yourself comfortable.
Straight Arm Lift:
Performed with the kBar.
As with the single-arm lateral side raise, start with low inertia and increase as you know the technique. To overload this exercise with the eccentric force, pull the kBar as if you were doing a high pull, when you reach the top position push the arm out in front of you and try to hold back the resistance, the flywheel technology will do the rest.
Seated Shoulder Press:
Performed with the kBar.
Single Arm Press:
Performed using one kGrip.
Military Press:
Performed using the kBar and Extension strap.
Push Press:
Performed using the kBar and Extension strap.
