Exxentric’s product line of flywheel training equipment gets shipped directly from Sweden to customers worldwide.
Delivery Time
We ship via DHL, FedEx or UPS, usually within one working day from receipt of payment. The normal time from shipping to receipt ranges from 48 hours up to one week worldwide. This may be longer during times with unusually high demand.
Shipping Cost
The shipping and handling rate for one flywheel training system with accessories varies depending on your order’s contents and shipping address. The appropriate shipping cost to your address is automatically calculated at checkout. You may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery as per the Taxes section below.
As an alternative, customers are welcome to arrange a pick-up at our final assembly facility in Stockholm, Sweden.
Packaging Size
Our kBox and kPulley systems are shipped in robust custom produced cardboard boxes ranging between 0.009 and 0.204 cubic meters. Each system typically consists of two to three packages, depending on the model and its accessories. The total weight including packaging material normally comes out to be between 10 kg and 50 kg.
Whereas the LegExx & LegFlexx can be packed similarly in a disassembled state across a minimum of 3 packages or on a 120 x 80 cm pallet weighing about 140 kg and ranging in height between 90 cm and 120 cm.
Taxes
Customers outside of the European Union and the United States may be subject to customs duty, and sales tax or value-added tax are charged for some destinations. Read more.
