Quick Start Guide
Using the App
For an explanation of the different functions in the kMeter App, read the manual for App Usage.
For a presentation of the kMeter, watch this video.
The kMeter II operates with two AA batteries, which are pre-installed upon assembly at our factory in Sweden. You can simply connect to it through the kMeter app. To replace the batteries, remove the snap-on lid covering the shaft, remove the battery lid on the kMeter installed under the shaft and replace the batteries.
The previous model called the kMeter Module operates using a 9 V battery and it needs to be turned on when you want to use it. Push and hold the on button for a few seconds and it will start blinking with a blue light, which will indicate that it’s ready to be connected to your device via the kMeter app. If the on/off button does not blink when pushed or if you can’t connect to the Module from the App, the battery needs to be replaced. This could be done by opening the battery lid on the kMeter Module.
