Effective Strength Training Strategies: Learning about what constitutes effective strength training for cycling, including identifying common shortcomings in typical training programs used by cyclists.

Integration of Theory and Practice: A thorough examination of scientifically proven theories and practical applications specific to cycling, ensuring that strength training aligns with the unique demands of the sport.

Developing a Personalized Training Program: Crafting a training program suitable for use during the cycling season, along with acquiring the knowledge to effectively execute this program to improve overall cycling performance.

Individuals that decide to participate in the course at Exxentric HQ will have the opportunity to borrow a kBox free of charge for 3 months following the course.

Travel options:
Flights should be booked for arrival into Stockholm either via Bromma Airport (approx. 15min walk) or via Arlanda Airport (approx. 30min by taxi) for the quickest/shortest transfers to Exxentric HQ. The alternative is Stockholm Skavsta Airport (approx. 1h 30min by taxi/bus).
