Håkan Andersson
Håkan Andersson has been coaching sprinting for almost 4 decades. His knowledge of applied sprinting and sport science is one of balance. The impact of his coaching can be seen in the athletes he has coached and the education he has provided. Coach Andersson has served as national team coach for the Swedish national track and field team and personal coach to some of Sweden’s most successful sprint runners, including Peter Karlsson (6.58/10.18/9.98w), Johan Wissman (20.30/44.56), and Tom Kling Baptiste (6.65/10.27), to name a few.
Håkans extensive knowledge on sprinting and speed development combined with his knowledge on flywheel training is unique. We are excited to be able to bring this to you in a course that is heavily focused on the practical aspects of speed development and flywheel training, the course also involves some theory around sprinting and eccentric training.
The course will cover the fundamentals of sprint training, scientifically proven applications & advanced methods for for speed development. No previous experience of flywheel training is required for this course. Equipment is provided by Exxentric.

Flights should be booked for arrival into Stockholm either via Bromma Airport (approx. 15min walk) or via Arlanda Airport (approx. 30min by taxi) for the quickest/shortest transfers to Exxentric HQ. The alternative is Stockholm Skavsta Airport (approx. 1h 30min by taxi/bus).
