Relive the first-ever Exxentric High Performance Clinic held at the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville on the 9-10th of August 2019.
The event focused on high performance, more specifically enhancing athletic performance and rehabilitation by applying flywheel training. The 5 lectures each ranging from 50 min to 147 min.
