The course will cover both the concept of flywheel training and the advantages as well as the applications in a professional setting, such as performance, fitness and within the medical field.
Course information

Duration
The Complete Flywheel Trainer Level II Course bundle includes the Level I and Level II which each consist of 2h theory + 2h practical. But as the course is completely online, you decide time spent on each block.

What’s included
One-time payment gives access to all course material Level I-II, two extra courses free of charge, individual certification diploma, video demonstrations, slides with voice-over and direct support from Exxentric education team with any questions.

Prerequisites
Start with the Level I before taking on the Level II. Bonus if you have been training with your flywheel device for a while, and basic strength and conditioning education is also a plus but not a requirement. We recommend training clothes to be able to engage in the practical sessions during those blocks.

Content and Structure
In total the course includes 4+4 hours of online instruction on flywheel training with the kBox.
Learn about the importance of eccentric training, and how to apply different methods of load and eccentric overload as well as different forms of strength training – including neural factors, muscular factors and mechanical factors of flywheel training.

Fredrik Correa holds a BSc in Sports, is a specialist doctor and co-founder of Exxentric. He has worked as an ice hockey coach for 15 years besides working in gyms and practicing multiple sports himself including ice hockey, track and field and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Today he is a competitive powerlifter.
