Usage

 

The Foot Block is often used to limit the angle of the ankle when doing lateral squats, placing the resting foot on the leaning side of the Foot Block. Due to the glute-activation achieved from this drill, this accessory is very popular among our customers heavily focused performance and change of direction ability in particular. It can also be used as heel support for squats, as well as to elevate the foot for calf press exercises. Foot Blocks are also often applied in pairs to limit your stance, when a specific stance is preferred.
