HOW TO GET STARTED

Follow the instructions below:

Step 1

Secure your device to its attachment

(scroll to see different mount types).

 

Step 2

Mount your flywheel/s. 

Step 3

Push the flywheel knob.

 
 

Step 4

Select your attachment.

Step 5

Set your range of motion (ROM). 

Step 6

Find your starting position.

 
 

Step 7

Spin the flywheel to start.

Decelerate the flywheel(s) to finish the exercise.

 
 
 
 

Step 1

When you receive your Go device, the removable pin will be in the front position. Remove the pin to remove the yellow tag. Re-insert the pin and make sure both ends click in before starting to exercise.

Step 2

The pin should be in the front position when performing upward movements

Step 3

For downward and horizontal movements, the pin should be moved to its storage position.

Step 4

Make sure both ends click in and keep the pin in the storage position until you need it for an upward movement.
