kPulley

Shoulder Variations

Shoulder variations on the kPulley include the single arm lateral side raise working the upper trapezius muscle, deltoids and arms, and the internal/external rotational movements.

Variations

Lower the amount of inertia and begin by setting a proper end range of motion, then you can start by a pull with your hand to gain momentum in the flywheel. To do a more challenging execution, grab the handle with your other hand making the movement with two hands on the way up and resist the eccentric force with one hand on the way down.
