kPulley

Leg Curl

The leg curl, or hamstring curl, does exactly what the name indicates: targets the hamstring muscle, calves and the glutes. The kPulley makes this exercise functional since you are able to move the position of the force by adjusting the slider to configure your optimal positioning.

Variations

With the kPulley, there are several variations originating from the same movement pattern but are performed slightly differently. Either you place yourself laying on the floor, or simply add a bench and place it in front of the kPulley. To perform a standing leg curl, we suggest holding on to something.

Place yourself on a bench in front of the kPulley, pull your heel under the cushion to isolate the hamstring muscle.

Prone Leg Curl:

Performed using the Ankle Cuff.
