Flywheel Seminars at FitFair
This year, we’ll be at the Fitfair Jaarbeurs in Utrecht on November 22-23. Attend flywheel training seminars with Fredrik Correa and meet our Dutch partner Electro Medico to learn more and try out the kBox4 Pro and kPulley!
Our CEO & Co-founder Fredrik Correa will be giving two seminars each day:
Friday 22nd (Area 23, Bizz of Fitness 1)
10:45-11:30: Building an athletic foundation using flywheel training
14:45-15:30: Flywheel eccentric overload training
Saturday 23nd (Area 23, Bizz of Fitness 1)
10:30-11:15: Building an athletic foundation using flywheel training
14:45-15:30: Flywheel eccentric overload training
